Christmas Dinner 2017

Everyone and anyone that knows me knows I can’t cook nor do I like to cook. This past Christmas 2017 was my first time hosting the Cannell Family Christmas at my house. Therefore, I had to take on the challenge of cooking my first every Christmas Dinner. I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 13 years old and decided for the first time in my life I was going to have a Christmas dinner where I could actually eat anything and everything on the menu instead of just pick out a couple side dishes lacking meat. It actually turned out alright! Below is my shopping list and what I used to create this meal. It was surprisingly simple and easy. If you’re vegetarian or just enjoy vegetarian food give it a try. You just might like it!
